Chiaki, an adult-video actress looking to switch to a proper job, takes out a loan from Ushijima in order to take the corporate entrance exam.

Office lady Kumiko piles up debts to maintain her relationships at work. Her boyfriend, meanwhile, is attempting to avoid paying Ushijima back.

Ushijima's agency is targeted by another illegal loan shop: Losing money, they plan to infiltrate Kaukau Finance and steal their client list.

Desperate, Itabashi continues his campaign of forgery to get a loan, while Ueno waits for his chance and Mizuki is targeted by an old client.

Ushijima turns 'Ueno,' and then he turns the tables on Ueno's boss. Yoshinori wants to run away with Anna, but she's not interested anymore.

Mizuki seeks help from Ushijima and company to get back the money that Numata stole from her. Meanwhile, Itabashi is running out of options.
