Over the course of the series it also features John Castle, Joan Sims, Sylvia Syms, Samantha Bond, Peter Davison, Timothy West, Tom Wilkinson, Paul Eddington, Cheryl Campbell, Maurice Denham, Donald Pleasence, Sophie Ward, Jean Simmons, and Joss Ackland.
