ScreenPlay Firsts
"ScreenPlay Firsts" is a BBC Two anthology series featuring short films and plays directed by emerging British filmmakers. The series showcases the work of new directors, primarily British and often graduates of UK and international film schools, who have not previously had their work broadcast on television. Each episode is around 30 minutes long, with the first broadcast airing on August 17, 1987. The last episode aired on September 29, 1993.
