Xiang Tingdong, heir to a prestigious medical family in Tangcheng, falls into a coma after an argument with his fiancée, Cheng Che. Desperate to save the family, Cheng Che seeks out Xiang Tingdong's estranged brother, Ye Ran, and convinces him to step in and help her through the crisis. Together, they face unexpected challenges that threaten the family's future.
