Lavanya, the cleanliness freak, moves to Hyderabad for work. With her maid Jyothi falling ill, she is tasked to inform one of the residents of her absence. But a shock awaits her.

With her locality declared a COVID containment zone, Jyothi is confined to her house. So, Lavanya visits Rohit again, and he notices her for the first time.

As Lavanya continues being Rohit's 'housemaid', the two get closer. Jyothi evades the police and returns to Shanti Nilayam, only to receive unpleasant news.
