Khmurov

When employees of the Investigative Committee at the District Prosecutor's Office come to a dead end, they are forced to seek help from Khmurov, the former head of the ordinary criminal department of the IC, "exiled" to the archive to sort out papers. I really don't want to bow to the current leadership of the department to Khmurov, but there is nowhere to go: Khmurov is an investigator from God. Most of the cases that Khmurov is involved in investigating are so–called "deferred crimes", when it is necessary not only to solve an already committed crime, but to prevent the next step of the criminal.
