Aleesa reluctantly agrees to pose as Natasya when Amer offers to pay for Hanisah's treatment. She keeps this agreement a secret from Putra, her friend.

When Natasya involves in an accident, Amer forces Aleesa to continue with the facade. Datin Laila suspects that Zuhairi has sabotaged their plan.

Datuk Ramzi's health gets better. He asks Aleesa to marry Amer. Aleesa is shocked when Amer agrees.

Alisa is in too deep in the facade when she has to replace Natasya at the company. Putra who also works there can sense Alisa's pretense as Natasya.

Aleesa's model withdraws from her campaign. Maria suggests Aleesa to fill the spot but Aleesa is worried that Hanisah will find out the truth from this.

Aleesa and Amer develop a love hate relationship, which makes Putra jealous. Hanisah too is not happy about this as she despises rich people.

Aleesa's campaign is now on a billboard, done by Maria who went against the initial plan. Putra confronts Alisa about her feelings.

Aleesa confesses to Hanisah about her marriage. Amer tries to win Hanisah's heart.

Hanisah pretends to like Amer in front of Aleesa. Zuhairi comes to get Aleesa back, who he claims is his wife.

Hanisah is worried her secret will be discovered when she learns that Amer is Datin Laila's son. Datin Laila is convinced that Aleesa is not Natasya.

Hanisah is disappointed to find out that Aleesa has been lying to her about being Natasya. Aleesa and Amer decide to stop the facade.

Aleesa is shocked to discover that she is Datuk Ramzi's granddaughter and Natasya's twin. Maria starts to see the evil in Zuhairi and Datin Laila.

Datuk Ramzi knows that Aleesa is not Natasya but decides to stay silent. Maria learns that Aleesa is Natasya's twin.

Maria is revealed to be the real Natasya after surgery. Datin Laila is arrested for attempted murder on Natasya.

Amer is worried if Datuk Ramzi will find out who orchestrated the whole facade. Aleesa is kicked out from Datuk Ramzi's house.

Datuk Ramzi finds out that Aleesa is Hanisah's daughter. He was responsible for Hanisah and his late son's divorce.

Amer wants to find out if Datin Laila is responsible for his step father's death. Maria decides to back off from everyone's lives.

Amer feels terrible that his own mother is the cause to everything that happened to Aleesa's family. He feels unworthy for Aleesa.

Amer disappears and divorces Aleesa through a letter. Maria comes back to see Datuk Ramzi, Hanisah and Aleesa.
