After all the successes of his band De Hûnekop, singer Emiel Stoffers has become an arrogant, egotistical, narcissistic, misogynistic, homophobic, coke-snorting misanthrope. He has also picked up a homeless person from the street to do all kinds of odd jobs for him. Meanwhile, under suspicious circumstances, more and more Fryske artists are dying. Later, it turns out that a serial killer is on the loose. Detective Goaitske van Goaitsen investigates the case and warns Emiel. He falls head over heels for her. In response to the threat, Emiel promotes Freddy to new singer of De Hûnekop and becomes manager himself, in order to stay out of the killer's reach.
