Hatiku Di Kinabalu tells a story of Anuar and Qistina who fell in love as a college student and later married and had a happy family. Unfortunately, Qistina fell into a coma due to a serious injury. Anuar faithfully cares for Qistina who has been hospitalized with all his heart. At the same time, he also takes care of his daughter, Maya.
