Cemal has been given probation for a crime he committed. He works as a fisherman in Hoşköy, a charming seaside town. As required by the rules, he goes to the police station every day to sign in. One day, Cemal goes into town and meets İnci, a hostess at a nightclub he visits. İnci sees Cemal as a young man she lost years ago and feels a connection to him. The unfortunate young woman wants to escape this miserable life she has grown tired of. She gradually realizes that she is falling in love with Cemal. When Cemal returns to the town, his mother wants to marry him off.
