Detective Dennis Red is determined to put an end to Hannibal's personal crusade, even though he has hardly any clues and knows nothing about his whereabouts. Meanwhile, Hannibal is determined to finish what he started and is proving that victims can also become true monsters in this sequel to “Silence of the Twinks,” which brings the story to a close.
