The Battle at Guningtou

DirectorChang Tseng-Chai

1979
77 min

The Red Chinese have set their sights on capturing the nearby Kinmen islands. With these in their hands, the Republic of China will be virtually defenceless. 10,000 men under the command of General Chin-Huk are there to prevent that from happening. Hopelessly outnumbered at first, they eventually get to see a glimmer of hope as General Li-Gu launches a landing operation on the Communist flank.
