This independent American feature tells the story of Shay and her boyfriend Radio. While he puts his unexpressed pain into heartrending Hendrix-like guitar-playing, Shay earns a living by stripping in a downtown bar. "Some people feel like they're living a life, I feel like I'm watching TV", is how Shay describes her life.
