The documentary shows, on the one hand, the floods that took place at the end of August 1983 and, on the other hand, events such as Santa Águeda Day, the market in Plaza Nueva, Christmas, the Athletic de Bilbao's Gabarra in the Nervión the year in which the Biscayan team won the League and the Semana Grande.
