Martial arts fighter and action star Bob Wall -- a noted trainer and a member of Chuck Norris's West Coast Team of Champions -- reflects upon his life and career in this engaging documentary. Vintage footage shows Wall training with his many famed co-stars. He even practices the awesome spin-kick sequence from Enter the Dragon, in which he memorably played the villainous Ohara. Wall also recounts working with Bruce Lee and Muhammad Ali.
