Walk back in time to the Tuckaway House as turn of the century celebrities are said to still be felt at the spiritual hour of 3AM. And then follow film crew through the Hartford City Jail and witness unexplained phenomena as members wander through the cells and traverse the dungeon level. These and other unexplained events are captured in this documentary.
