Pak Jenal was once a famous traditional barber in the village. He was also very diligent in helping the villagers. After his services were no longer needed due to the emergence of more modern barbershops, Mak Gayah's return to the village to prepare for her only daughter Liana's wedding at their ancestral home gives Pak Jenal the opportunity to resume his work as a barber. However, this is not approved by Mak Gayah's husband, Pak Man.
