Kassim Bin Ahmad, more commonly known as Abang Kassim, has just passed away. The late Abang Kassim leaves behind his wife Laila and two children named Ayim and Yuni. One day, a woman named Anita appears with a small child. Laila discovers that Abang Kassim has been maintaining two families all this time. She is forced to accept Anita and allows her to stay in her home for three days. Laila confides her feelings of disappointment to Hambali, Kassim's best friend. It is only after Abang Kassim's death that Laila realizes their life is surrounded by worldly debts.
