Ali, an honest man, has pursued Pak Iki all the way to Kelantan solely to return a water bottle that was left behind at the bus terminal. While staying at Pak Iki's house, Ali learns the true meaning of life. Pak Iki has taught Ali good living practices. Pak Iki feels regretful because he had neglected his children when they were still alive. Pak Iki wants to make amends for his mistakes. Therefore, he has asked Ali to stay with him until his last breath.
