This documentary marks the fourth revisit to the events explored in the 2014 film You Know What I Mean. It delves into a 23-year-long miscarriage of justice orchestrated by the judicial authorities in Langfang City, Hebei Province. The case centers on Yuan Weidong, who was accused of being one of the perpetrators in two separate murder cases in Shengfang Town, Bazhou City, in 1995 and 2001. Yuan was successively sentenced to death with immediate execution and death with a two-year reprieve by the Hebei courts.
