# The Story of Four Siblings The story of four siblings struggling through life without parents. After their mother's death, the four siblings are placed in an orphanage. Along, Ayoi, Nazmi, and Aisyah are neglected by their grandmother, Wan Jah. They are treated badly by Wan Jah, causing Salmah to report the matter to the Department of Social Welfare. At the orphanage, Datuk Jufry and Datin Rina take Aisyah as their adopted child. Ayoi cannot accept this news and decides to run away. Ayoi leaves a letter saying she wants to find her sister Aisyah. After 15 years have passed, they have each built their own lives. Latifah works part-time at a clinic and Dr. Kamil likes her. Aisyah has become a famous actress and has forgotten her siblings, whom she mistakenly believed hated her. Nazmi tries to reunite the separated siblings.
