Two brothers get separated after an accident. Years later, one of them ends up as a mining engineer and the other as a worker at the exact same mine. They end up working side by side without even realizing they're brothers. When the worker falls for a girl who’s caught the eye of the engineer’s foreman, the foreman plots against him. But the scheme accidentally backfires on the engineer and his wife, getting them both killed. The foreman frames the worker for it, but thanks to the girl's digging, the truth finally comes out and the foreman gets busted.
