A beautiful young woman from the capital flees after committing a crime and heads to a remote backwater, hoping to seek refuge with her uncle. On the journey, she and a young doctor traveling on the same bus are captured by a band of outlaws. It is soon revealed that the gang’s leader abducted the doctor to treat his beloved wife, who is gravely ill. While held captive, the young woman and the doctor secretly plot their escape, aided by the bandit chief’s wife, who also longs to break free. When the opportunity finally arises, the three flee together, leaving the furious bandit leader to launch a relentless manhunt across the countryside.
