Based on the famous work of the Persian poet Ferdowsi, Sohrab Rustom depicts the story of the notorious hero Rustom. He is a mighty hero who is feared by his enemies and cherished by his allies. Surrounded by nothing but war and politics, miraculously one day he meets Tahmina, whom he takes as his wife. Before leaving for war, Rustom expresses his wish of taking in his child if its a boy, who can be trained to also be a mighty hero. In fear of losing her child, Tahmina falsely reports that she gave birth to a daughter. How will the son and the father meet? What awaits them in the future?
