Each of the patients in the psychiatric clinic lives in a world he has created in his imagination, one even says that he comes from another planet and believes it. They live in a beautiful abode that he has created in his mind. One considers himself the leader of the Soviet state I.V. Stalin, and lives in a world of memories, regretting his actions all day long. The other considers himself the famous French actress Sarah Bernhardt and lives her life in a world of images, imagining herself on stage every minute. Although the head doctor in the work tries to understand the imaginary world of the patients, he finally realizes that people who are treated as patients actually live in their own comfortable worlds, and this world is more than the real world.
