Aira (Siti Khadijah Halim) is an outspoken girl who acts without thinking first. After making a mistake by taking over the counselor's duties suddenly during Doctor Halina's absence at the counseling center, Aira accidentally worsens the situation and causes Alisa (Izzendra) and Zafran (Zaki Azeman) to divorce because of her advice. Because Zafran is too angry, he pressures Aira to compensate for the situation by working at his house as a caretaker for Nek Som, who is forgetful and suffers from heart disease. As soon as Aira begins her task of caring for Nek Som, Zafran's younger brother, Hayyat (Aniq Suhair), finds all of Aira's actions objectionable. However, Aira continues to care for Nek Som with full affection. Aira's kind-heartedness unknowingly opens Hayyat's eyes, but due to a secret he harbors, he is determined not to open his heart to any woman.
