Lilah, a Manhattan-based professional gift concierge, travels upstate to rectify a gifting snafu when her client’s gift – a rare, antique nutcracker intended for the Queen of Monteblanca – accidentally ends up there. Upon her arrival, Lilah learns that the nutcracker has been accidentally designated as the grand prize for the local Christmavaganza Festival, and the only way to retrieve it is to compete in the Yuletide Games… together with her disgruntled client.
