Joseph Goebbels addresses crowd; arrival of battleship Schleswig-Holstein. Stresses "chaos and economic instability in Poland" and shows course of Schleswig-Holstein between September 2d - 8th and its bombardment of Naufahrwassa, Oxhoft, Odingen, Hela and Westerplatte. Polish officers officially surrender Poland to Germany. R.2: Germans occupy Hela; disarm captured Polish soldiers; rename and employ Polish minesweepers. German Adm. Erich Raeder inspects Danzig. Map of Poland with words "German Again" substituted for "Poland." Narrator implies England will meet similar fate. Display of German military force as national anthem is sung.
