The Ungrateful Tenant follows an anxiety-ridden millennial renter who dreams of one day buying his own house. When his paranoid frustration comes to a head, he kicks out his ‘nightmare’ flatmate, only to be struck back by instant karma, sending him on a cursed odyssey in and out of flats across Auckland.
