Age of Quorum
DirectorYomi Ayeni
“A young man's New Year's Eve goes dramatically downhill when he's separated from his friends, and the night becomes an opponent in a fight he must win to survive.”
Age of Quorum is a thrilling drama about Issy, a young British Black man, whose NYE celebrations turn terrifying when his friends break out some recreational drugs. He spirals into a paranoid nightmare where he’s confronted, then stalked by a thug intent on violence. The feeling that there is no escape or safe place to weather this storm is exemplified when he believes the friends who abandoned him, turn out to be part of the torture.
