Työ kutsuu tyttöjämme
A documentary film by Erkki Majava (1919-43) about Pirkkala, where a work service center for young girls operated during the war years. Each course lasted six months, and during that time the girls did all the work themselves. The closing ceremony of the course was held at Haikka Manor, after which these wartime working girls left their workhouses to go their separate ways.
