1h 16m

Zoma, a young Tibetan girl, arrives in Tokyo searching for her missing father. With no money and nowhere to go, she finds an inn near Narita run by Kobayashi. As Zoma begins walking through the city, one of the first things she notices is the abundance of shrines and temples. Desiring to better understand the essence of Tokyo, she begins recording the sounds of the city with a small tape recorder given to her by Kobayashi. Using the photographs her father sent her from Tokyo as clues, Zoma retraces his steps through the city, gradually coming to understand the reasons for his devotion to Buddhism.
