Ashya is growing up across the street from a serial killer (Jeffrey). Ashya's summers are spent at home, alone. She sits back and witnesses horrific murders day after day. When the serial killer learns that Ashya is onto him, he does everything in his power to intimidate and psychologically torture her. From gaining rapport with local law enforcement to gas lighting her - Jeffrey knows one thing - how to get away with murder. The world thought Ashya was just a little girl looking for attention in all the wrong places, until over a dozen bodies are discovered inside Jeffrey's home. What Ashya didn't realize was how these events would shape the person she grew up to be. Sometimes, we become the monster who hurt us.
