Sham Marriage
DirectorLee Ta-chi
“An erotic film about a couple who fake a divorce to avoid taxes and enter into a fake marriage with an undocumented immigrant to avoid suspicion.”
Ye-jin dislikes seeing her unemployed husband, Tae-seok, being belittled by his parents, so she plans to sell the house her parents gave them to help support Tae-seok's business. Additionally, to reduce their taxes, the couple fakes a divorce, and to avoid suspicion, Ye-jin suggests that Tae-seok enter into a sham marriage with a beautiful undocumented immigrant named Seo-yool. However, as the disguised couple grows closer, Seo-yool has fallen in love with Tae-seok and begins to believe that she could be truly happy if only Ye-jin were out of the picture.
