"Made with the camera's perspective in mind, Sara VanDerBeek's photographic and sculptural arrangements emulate a poet's economic use of structure, phrasing, and rhythm. Operating as sites of contact, her works position the archaeological past in direct dialogue with current forms of digital image capture and circulation.
